I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying the beautifully decorated rooms that featured cozy fireplaces—perfect for chilly evenings. The innkeeper Jim was a delightful presence, always friendly and attentive, which made my stay feel special. The breakfast options were varied and of high quality, and the striking Victorian charm of the hotel added to the experience. However, while the location was convenient for walking to attractions, it was a bit noisy at times due to being on a main road.
